FAQs

  • We understand that every timeline is different and will work with you to customize your videography timeline closer to wedding day.

    We will set start and end times during our planning call prior to your wedding. We want to make sure we cover the things that are important to you!

  • We know how excited you are! RUSH teaser videos will be delivered 5-7 business days after wedding day. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your Video Gallery at that time.

  • Aerial drone footage is weather and location dependent. We will make every effort to fly on your wedding day but our top priority is filming the main events with you at ground level. There will be no refunds or credits in the event that droning is not possible.

  • We are thrilled to deliver videos to our clients in an online Video Gallery. Access info will arrive to you via email. You are welcome to download each of your videos and share as much as you’d like.

    Contracted delivery time is 16 weeks after wedding day, not including holiday closures. We work in chronological order and strive to deliver as soon as possible.
